About us
We are Josh and Jill Phillips, and we love the local church.
Our journey in ministry has taken us through youth leadership, church operations, and the front lines of altar calls where we’ve seen countless lives changed by the Gospel. We’ve seen firsthand the beauty of a life-changing moment at the altar—and we also know the heavy burden of trying to steward those moments without a clear path forward.
Rooted Path Ministries grew from that conviction: Decisions matter, but Discipleship must follow.
We started this ministry to be the partner we often looked for in our own seasons of leadership—the ones who help build the structure so the vision can remain. We’re here to help you protect the harvest and grow disciples who are truly rooted.
