Rooted Path Alignment

Rooted Crew members have the privilege of encouraging, praying with, and helping disciple people who have made a decision for Christ. Because of this, it is important that we are united in the biblical beliefs that guide how we pray, encourage, and care for others. *

Salvation is received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not earned through our own works.

When a person is born again, they become a new creation and are brought into relationship with God as His son or daughter.

The Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the foundation and authority for what we believe and how we live.

The Holy Spirit is active in the lives of believers today. He leads, teaches, strengthens, empowers, and equips believers to live for Christ and fulfill His purposes.

The baptism in the Holy Spirit and the supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit are available to believers today.

Divine healing is provided through the finished work of Jesus Christ, and we believe God's healing power is available today. We pray in faith for the sick according to God's Word.

Prayer is powerful and effective, and believers can confidently pray in faith according to God's Word and His promises.

Every believer should be connected to a healthy local church where they can grow, be discipled, serve, and be in fellowship with other believers.

Discipleship is more than helping someone make a decision for Christ. It is walking alongside people as they grow in their relationship with Jesus, become established in God's Word, and learn to live as His disciples.

Rooted Crew Care & Confidentiality

As a member of the Rooted Crew, you may be entrusted with personal information shared by the people you are discipling. We believe that trust should be handled with wisdom, honor, and care.

I understand that personal information and prayer requests shared with me should be treated as confidential and not discussed outside of the appropriate Rooted Path leadership structure.
I understand that my role is to encourage, pray, disciple, and point people toward God's Word—not to provide professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
I am willing to follow Rooted Path's discipleship process and training rather than using the role to promote my own ministry, church, business, social media, or personal agenda.
If a situation arises that is beyond my role or I am unsure how to handle it, I agree to involve a Rooted Path leader rather than attempting to handle it alone.
I understand that when serving on the Rooted Crew, I am representing Rooted Path Ministries and agree to communicate with people in a way that reflects Jesus with kindness, wisdom, faith, and integrity.

I understand that Rooted Crew members are required to complete the provided training before beginning to serve.

I am willing to follow the Rooted Crew training, guidelines, and discipleship process when communicating and praying with those entrusted to my care.

I understand that submitting this application does not automatically place me on the Rooted Crew. The Rooted Path team will review my application and reach out to me regarding next steps.

If selected to serve, I am willing to faithfully represent Rooted Path Ministries and serve others with kindness, integrity, wisdom, and care.
